Third Wave Automation is looking for a front-end developer to create our user experience. As front-end developer, you will design and deliver the operator side of our automated forklifts. You will work with our engineers and customers to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, taking an active role in defining how the interface looks and works.

Role And Responsibilities
As part of the Third Wave team, you will:
Develop our user-facing features and functionality.
Collaborate with both our back-end engineers and customers to so that you can build a user-friendly operator application.
Build quality mockups, prototypes, and applications that are intuitive, visually appealing, and optimized for speed and scalability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of your UI/UX designs using reusable code and libraries and helping our team with coding and troubleshooting.
Contribute to IP development and write functional requirement documents and guides.
Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency to support Third Wave's services and operator applications.
Skills And Experience
We're looking for a fun teammate who can quickly join our team and start contributing. There are many experiences that would make someone a good fit, like:
Experience in robotics or human robot interaction and real passion for autonomous technologies.
Works well with collaborative, iterative design and application development.
Is comfortable with modern software engineering practices, including code review, version control, testing, debugging and continuous integration. Familiarity with backend systems is a plus.
Knows how design and layout aesthetics impact usability and operator comfort.
Enjoys working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with small teams and short timelines.
BSc degree in computer science, related field, or relevant work experience.
